WB-98A Intelligent Indicator

The intelligent indicator is connected with the thermocouple, used for monitoring the temperature of the molten metal.

The characteristic of our WB-98A intelligent indicator is as follows:

 1·High accuracy, good stability.

2·Strong anti-jamming ability. As a result of double-integrating A/D convertor (sampling rate of 12.5 times/ second), the indicator has stronge anti-jamming capability to the frequency and the high harmonics.A series of measures are adopted in the circuit design as well as the production craft, the indicator itself can be excluded from the power supply to a variety of interferenc, and it can exclude an impact of voltage fluctuations and intermittent power outages, these are able to ensure a long-term reliable operation without any human operation.

3·This indicator can be equipped with a printer interface, and it can be matched with CASIO HR-8 printer which with a small calculator.There is an adjustable internal clock, it can show the time when the indicator doesn’t work. The indicator is also equipped with nickel-cadmium battery. When the indicator works, it can charge the battery. When power failure, the indicator automatically enter to maintain state, the internal battery will maintain the clock working, it can work for more than three months. When the indicator is setted in the fast measuring switch, the indicator can automatically print the measuring time and temperature values.

4.With isolated parallel BCD code output; 4 ~ 20mA (1 ~ 5v) analog output for the users to choose in order to match with large screen display or to send the measuring results to the PLC.
