Molten Steel Sampler:
Our immersion sampler can be used for a quick sampling in the EAF, Converter, Continuous Casting and Refining processes, the samples are analysed by a spectrometer. We can supply type: 1.KQY-01,immersion steel sampler, with Al deoxidant; 2.KQY-02, immersion steel sampler, without deoxidant. 3. KQY-03, immersion iron sampler.
The dimension of the sampling mould is φ34*12mm, with smooth surface. There are two shapes of our sampler. One is thick tube sampler, and the other is thick-thin tube sampler. The paper tube length of the thick tube sampler is 760mm,the outer Dia is 52±0.5mm; the paper tube length of the thick-thin tube sampler is 875mm,and the outer Dia of the thick tube portion is 52±0.5mm,the outer Dia of the thin tube portion is 29.5±0.1mm. The magnetism clamp is also available.
